This isn’t some PSA with Sean Connery sitting on a table with a foot on a chair holding his jacket slung over his back. It’s just simply how to become a better you. The only reason why physical fitness isn’t included because that’s an obvious answer to “how do I become healthier/better looking” but women aren’t always impressed by that.
GET EDUCATED

(for those who don’t know, this is Aldous Huxley)
This won’t require that you get an ivy league education or learn why the Hadron Collider is really a doomsday device. It will require however that you do things like read, watch documentaries, and actually pay attention in class. You might even have to watch…. the news. While it may quite literally make your brain hurt, it will help. Becoming cultured on everything you can is fundamental to conversing with women effectively. That way you won’t look like some jackass who lives under a rock. This scores points with women because when you show your mental prowess they see you as someone who values other stuff besides physical appearance/attraction. While it is awesome to be knowledgeable, don’t become that pretentious guy at Starbuck’s who wears a fedora. Even in the summer time. Disgusting.
LEARN A NEW SKILL/TALENT/HOBBY

Eating a large quantity of food or being really good at Call of Duty 4 does not count. The second one is always good though because if you meet a man who does not like Call of Duty 4, you do not meet a man, you meet an alien. Learning a new skill is good for you because not only does it occupy your time, it could become a career for you. Even if it doesnt, becoming skilled at something is a process every man should undertake. Not only does it teach you how to do something, it teaches you about yourself. You learn how strong your resolve is, how well you work under pressure, and much more. If however you do have a talent or skill, perfect the shit out of your craft.
While this sounds pretty basic it will help you out in the long run. Self discipline and stuff like that will overlap into other aspects of your life, which in turn will allow you to reap the benefits of your hard work and determination.
