5 things to Do This Summer

As long as you are enrolled in a school, college, or university, the summer is the most celebrated time of the year. You have a vacation from the stresses of school, and can kick back to enjoy time without having to worry about getting an assignment done. As great as it may be to kick back and relax over the summer, it’s also important that you get busy with your vacation and make every summer one worth remembering. We compiled a few things that you need to do this summer. We took into account the budget of a college student, as well as taking into account the importance of being able to drink, and opportunities to hook-up.
5. Attend a Concert

Perfect for a date, great to meet girls, and a hell of a great time. Pick a few artists or groups that you’re a fan of and look up their tour dates. Then find a day that works out for your schedule and location and get to it!
It’s a crazy experience and there is nothing quite like going to a concert.
Besides, imagine being in an arena or center where several thousand people have a common interest with you. You’ll be leaving with a smile, a sore throat, no voice, and a buzzing sound in your ears for the next three days.
Soooo worth it. Unless, you accidentally go to a mosh concert like we did, we ended up with a shattered eye socket and a golf club shoved up our ass (The handle wasn’t first). ::Shivers and curls into a corner::
4. Go to an Amusement Park
Yes, it may sound cheesy, but come on now. Roller-coasters, food that will give you a heart-attack, and the odds in your favor that you’ll puke! How can you pass on an opportunity like that?
Seriously, though. Invite some girls and I assure you it’ll be a great time worth remembering. People always want to go to amusement parks, but its hard to find someone to drive and then some people feel like they have to go in large groups. Offer to drive and plan a trip to an amusement park. Good times, good memories, awesome for building some rapport with a girl.
3. Tailgate
Drink with your friends, and eat some barbecue and heroes (no, not you, Batman…we mean sandwiches). When you’re done, you have some live sports entertainment. It’s a fun day with some guy friends and wingmen. I wouldn’t recommend inviting girls, unless they’re the ‘beyond cool’ type because you may get stuck trying to entertain them throughout the course of the day.
Note: Drink as much as you can before the game when you are tailgating and before half-time. Apparently, beer is discontinued after the first half.
For you drunks out there reading this, while intoxicated…we said dis-continued. Not dis-counted.
2. Road Trip
Plan a road-trip. The more random, the better. It will be tedious and not as luxurious as a plane ride or hotel, but the experience will be one that you will never forget. Grab your coolest friends and any girls that are down, and plan a road trip. We recommend planning to see three different places. Your second stop should be the furthest from home, while having two mini-expeditions (one on the way to the road trip destination, and one on the way back home).
When you return, you’ll have more stories and memories than you can imagine and the experience as a whole will instill an adventurous side to you.
1. Get a Girl That is Not Your Type
Expand your horizons a little bit, my friend. Go for that cougar or milf that you always wanted, sin it up with that girl that just turned 18 and everybody tells you she’s too young, even get with the fat chick that wants you like hostess. Do the things that you want to do. A year from now you’ll be telling yourself “remember that summer when…” and you’ll be smiling ear to ear. As awesome, disgusting, funny, or scary as the experience may be, it will be one worth remembering.
